We want you to be happy with Daily Dictate Pro. The free plan lets you try Daily Dictate before you pay, and every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Pro is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. This applies to the first payment of a monthly or yearly subscription and to the lifetime purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

Subscription renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt email or in the customer portal. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if a technical problem on our side kept Pro from working.

How to ask for a refund

Email shubtiwari2609@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order ID from the receipt. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

The license key from the refunded purchase is disabled, and Daily Dictate returns to the free plan. Your settings and downloaded speech models stay on your computer.
